I was told if I give them $299.00 I would receive a credit card my limit would be $5,000.00. I should receive this card 30 days from the withdrawl from my account.

After the 30 days I received a packet including offers for trips, cell phones coupons for groceries and a letter stating; I need to send $39.99 for activation and then they will send me the card in 3 weeks.

I called MAJESTIC BENEFITS telling them that I was told that I will receive a credit card for $5,000.00 after my $299.00 check was cashed. The representative told me that the person I spoke to explain to me that this would be a card where I would have to put money on the card.

Why would I pay them $299.00 for a card I would have to put cash on in order to use it? She told me to call back because they have my conversation on tape; but to call back Monday because they need time to pull it out of the archives.

I called back Monday they were very rude and basically told me they were not going to give me my money back. I have three children I can't afford to give anybody $299.00. I was planning on taking my family on a nice vacation this year. Thanks for nothing MAJESTIC BENEFITS thank you very much.

The more agencies you contact about this, the better the chances are that these people will be put out of business

I Sympathize..

I have been ripped off by these people also, and got told the same thing when I called them to get my money back.

What I have done:
1. Called my bank, and I am going there to sign an affadavit and request a credit to my account for the $299.

2. Filed a complaint on RipOffReport.com.

3. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

4. Called my state's Attorney General's office. Also, filed a complaint with them.

5. Filed a complaint with the FTC.

6. Filed a complaint with the Consumer Credit Commission.

Finally, I am calling the Attorney General's office in New York also, to file a complaint with them. The more agencies you contact about this, the better the chances are that these people will be put out of business so that they cannot do this to other people.
