3 Associates came to my house, looking like bums off the street asking to sign a "information purpose only" papers, which they said has nothing to do with company switching, just information update. I'm asked to explain everything to my son, because i needed to leave. they asked for gas bill from last month, then i told , that i'm happy with my gas suplier and do not want to swich to another company. They started to call to "manager" from 3 different phones. then i left my house. then i came home after 15 minutes, i found a service agreement signed by my son. i started to call to customer service . they was very unhappy when i asked to cancel this agreement and droped my call, after this i tried to call back, but nobody pick up the phone.
i don't know what this company is expecting from customers, but if theyt want to do business with new customers first they need to check how company's representatives are looking!!!!!! (pants are falling down..), second- never lie to customers, and third- do not play games (i'm about dropped calls). Hope i will never see these guys again near my house door...

How old is your son? Whose name is the owner of the property? Whose name on the current service of your property? If the current service is under your name, the new contract should not be valid. In other words, it is not legal for your son to sign the contract for switching the service for you.
If he did (signed the contract under your name), it is illegal. If he didn't but signed under his own name, he is the one who has the contract with the company and may face consequences. I hope he has learned not to do it ever again on any other occasions.
