Malvin Sando Rip off Irving Texas

I recieved an invoice for $361.90 for advertising services from Yello Pages Online Services. I called the company and Malvin ansered the phone. After I told them it must have been a misstake, because if I had known that this was a paid service I would have never signed up. He told me that it's in the Terms & Conditions section and I should have read that before signing the form. After closely checking all the records, yes there were terms and conditions but they were at the bottom n very tiny text, #2 stating the fee. I was blown away, because of course I missed that little detail, that was so conviniently hidden. So, long story short, I asked Mevin to please close my account, and I will not be paying for the service. I wanted the service to be stoped imediatly. He told me that he will file the request, but it will go to a collection lawyer, because he wants his money. Any good company costumer service would of course understand and would not charge for the service that the person did not intend to have, but this is not an ordinarry company. It's a one man band. Malvin is running the show. Watch out people. It's a scam.
