Ypedia.com Malvin Sando Made themselves sound like Yellow Pages just "confirming" an online listing; Deceptve and Misrepresenting Coppell Texas

When we opened our new office, we received mail that looked like it was from the widely known Yellow Pages directory asking us to confirm our listing.  

A few weeks later we receive an email from Malvin Sando at Ypedia.com telling us that we have $329 overdue balance...he rattles off an invoice number which I have never seen detailing a service I have not knowingly signed up for.  I have asked for a copy of this invoice along with any documetation that shows where we have consented to sign on to these services so I may present them to our lawyer and the Arkansas Attorney General for review. 

I also said that alternatively we can go with the "headache-free for everyone" option by which he cancels this service we allegedly signed up for and cancel the alleged money we owe to this organization. 

Malvin, the ball is in your court, my friend.
