I am glad that people have used the internet as a weapon aganist this law firm. I hope more people come forward and start posting on here aganist these cheaters, and scum bags. The guy who runs the firm calls himself a professor, he should be ashamed of himself. he is a worthless lawyer, running a chopshop scamming clients.

I am also shocked to see that most of the lawyers whom I saw when i visited thier offices have left, amazing...no wonder this firm cannot retain any of thier own attorneys. Whats even funnier is that they are suing this website for "slander"..ahahahah..man these postings must really be hurting your business then..great !... I hope this teaches you a good lesson !

Anyhow I was also a victim of this law firm, I wouldnt even call it a law firm its a chop shop, I did my H1B application with these freaks,
These a*s** charged me for consultation, and on top of that they charged for retainer fee and more .

Well the story goes, once i was done with the consultation, they stopped responding to calls, whenever i would call for simple question or to reconfirm something they would never speak to me. Instead I would be talking with the paralegal who would call back with my answeres. Then when my work was all said and done, i got another bill in the mail, I was shocked to see that these people charged me for talking to the paralegal by the minute. And they some how found my application much more complicated, so they added more hours..Wow...These people charge you by the hour!

Whoever reading this, I hope you consider this post and the several other postings online before going along with these scammers, because the retainer clearly states that "Attorney reserves the right to associate other consel billable to client". And ofcourse i did not read it properly, since I was in a rush for file for my h1b i just signed it. Remember the retainer fee is just a "start up" fee, and they can charge you for whatever they feel like afterwards.
