Mr. Labate and I got into a construction remodeling agreement. He did some work for me and never full filled his agreement. Based on my opinion he does not pay his vendors, employess subcontractors and rental companies. He chooses who he pays and screws the rest. He claims that he is a licensed electritian but after doing some research he is not. He is operating without a license. Some people are saying he has forged a contract on a sale of a couple of properties that he owned a few years ago. He is a very shady individual so becareful with what he says to you. If you visit his website he is claiming that he built those buildings and that is not true. If you do a background on him you will see what kind of person he is. His work is not great because he cuts corners on everything he does.

I don't know of anyone that's had a good experience with Marc Labate and Allied Construction. He also hits back at people that bust him by filing bogus lawsuits that he never wins.

I have used Allied Construction on several projects and I was very pleased with their work... I have also referred Allied Const to other people in and around Austin and they were very pleased as well.....
