 we were been cheated by Mario Garica during our home refinance. We had similar experiance like the other effected people.

Though I am VP, Tech Delivery Manager working in Bank of America, I got cheated by him as well. Such a joke! but not as much amount as other mentioned in their complaints. It's around $3000 that he added to the total amount of loan the he said he would correct from day 1 we mentioned the mistakes in the loan app and as everybody said, it took him 6+ months to go back and forth. I tried reaching out to his Regional Manager and looks like he can't help after going back and forth for 2+ months. I would like to file a complaint and open a case as well. Hopefully this fraud gets caught fast. Feel free to reach out to me if anyone needs help.
