Mark Deaton offered online training for trading markets via Norman Hallet. They offered a 60 day money back guarantee. They were uncontactable for the refund. Norman Hallet sent the invoice & provides no contact details at all, no email or phone number. Mark Deaton sent a phone number that he does not answer & has an answering machine message.

The 60 day guarantee is possibly so that it will be too late to get the money back via a complaint to your credit card provider.
