Mark Langlois Scam artist - performed illegal non-confirming plumbing work and did not perform work as stated in quote. Would not correct the work and there was never a licensed plumber overseeing work he performed as he led us to believe. Southbridge Massachusetts

 Mark was hired to perform masonry work. That went well. He then lured us in by telling us he could perform other work because he had licensed partners that would oversee the work and pull permits. Permit for carpentry, windows and plumbing pulled under Michael Brogand name and license # 140437. They replaced some windows and performed poor workmanship on stairs and porch. Mark said he. Oils perform plumbing under Brigans license and a master plumber by the name of "Shawn" would make sure plumbing was correct. Mark performed plumbing and it was never checked. He kept asking fir more money and when we asked to meet "Shawn" he got defensive and ultimately removed the permit which we payed for and never turned it in to the Building Inspectors office until we contacted inspectors office who reached out to him. We informed inspector what was going on. Mark quickly removed his magnetic masonry decal from his truck and never corrected the carpentry work as outlined in written quote . We contacted him on a couple of occasions and he never got back to us. We sought the advice of a lawyer. Bottom line, Mark is an experienced thief who knows how to get around. He's a scam artist that ripped us off for @ 30k for horrible work by taking shortcuts, illegal plumbing and when we finally told him he wasn't getting another penny he ran. He hires illegals to do the dirty work gives Brogan a cut to use his license to pull permit.
