I have performed a few jobs for this company, called Market Force. They only pay you $8.00 per hour which is taxable to you. Payment is extremely slow. One payment took months to finally get. You will put in a lot of energy for very little satisfaction. This company is not run very professionally. They don't protect the territory either. Multiple people assigned the same project! It's like 'whoever gets there first' mentality.

Please don't waste your time and resources for a very minimal amount of money that you have to chase down to get. I learned my lesson the hard way, but I hope you don't have to.

I have been a Marketforce Mystery Shopper for about 3 years and it has been a mainly positive experience. You are an independant contractor for them..basically self employed. So, yes you have to claim your own taxes. Payout for jobs vary based on difficulty of the job. I have gotten paid up to $45 for a job, as they gave me a bonus as I had to travel to get there.

They have always paid me on time (once a month) and have not paid me for only a couple of jobs I did. In those cases It was because I had made errors...in one case I did not do the job within the time paramaters they had set forth.

I have never had a problem if I had to cancel a shop due to illness, or not do a shop they had called me to do. I will continue working for them for as long as they will let me.
