Let me start off by saying That I have worked with this company for 4 years. Yep that's right 4 years.
Its a sad thing that I am forced to do this and its like loosing an old friend.

I received an email as I do almost daily to participate in a shop because I'm "such a good shopper"
I clicked and was going to accept my shop but found out the page would not load. I checked my email and behold my account was deactivated. I First called them and was told they could not told me why and to email the help desk "or hell desk:.

I quickly emailed them asking them why this happened to me and got a GENERIC response.

" As an independent contractor, our agreement with you may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason.

 We hope that you can understand that we cannot share the specifics regarding why you are no longer being given the opportunity to select new shops; doing otherwise could reveal some of the most confidential and proprietary aspects of our business. Because Market Force is unique in this industry, we are not at liberty to share the decisions behind how and why shops are or are not offered to certain shoppers. However, we have had to remove your name from our shopper database and we will not be able to offer you any more assignments.

We appreciate your past efforts on our behalf and regret that we are unable to overturn this decision.
This of-course made me rage with the force of athousand suns and it takes allot to set me off but behold they did it!To make it clear that im not a piece of garbage that they assume there shoppers are I would like to say that this Month alone I made around 94% dollars form them and preformed 6 shops with 2 more pending! I have worked with pretty much every agency out there including consumer Impressions, about face, and other MSPA based groups. Dont get me wrong I do not do this for a living and currently go to college full time as well as hold a full time job. Despite being busy I still preform pretty much flawlessly (give-or-take my first couple of surveys).

Believe me I gave them a piece of my mind when they sent me that pathetic excuse of a response and haven't heard from them sense. I am now being true to my word and utilizing my own policy on quality control and making MY voice be heard.

If you ever done your best at something just to be slapped in the face  for it you will use common scene and avoid this one at that cost.

Update: market force unjust banning

Let me start off by saying that I have worked with this company for 4 years. Yep that's right 4 years. Its a sad thing that I am forced to do this and its like losing an old friend.

I received an email as I do almost daily to participate in a shop because I'm "such a good shopper". I clicked and was going to accept my shop but found out the page would not load. Update: Ijust got this email after telling them what had happened. That dies not justify the fact that it DID happen and should never.

As you may know, Market Force conducts various behind the scenes reports each month to ensure we are delivering a high quality product to our clients.  Many of these reports relate to shopper history and/or quality and may result in discontinuation of our Independent Contractor Agreement. 

We recently developed a new report regarding shopper history and your account was flagged for removal.  Thanks to several shoppers who brought their concerns to our attention, Market Force is doing further investigation and at this time, we have opted to reinstate your
Shopper status.

What kind of "report" did they develop? to me it sounds like nothing less then punishing people for being human and not 100% perfect.

I have news for you Market Force! People are what make customer service possible. No machine can replace that (and I'm an I.T student) and this 5-10% error margin is what makes us HUMAN and gives us the ability to IMPROVE and develop
new habits. I'll have you know I will never LIE, as I heard some people do in order to make the reports fit a stranded that should not exist. I tell it as it is. Don't get me wrong I dont just rate ones and am not strict by any standards, as most customers are not I see no reason to be either (yes I work retail I know this for a FACT).  I just dont give a 35 sec wait time and a 10/10 for a 63 min wait time and rude service. I will continue to report truthfully regardless of what standards or lies you wish to impose under the label "quality".
Let this be a lesson to you and heed the fact that some of your shoppers have an education beyond yours and see though your clearly incompetent work at home management system (I have heard this from Employees not  independent contractors such as myself contractors so dont think I dont have any clue what I'm talking about.).

If you dont like the work I do dont just toss me out like TRASH because I will not go out like garbage! Tell me what to improve upon and I will but I will never LIE or overstate as it seems your suggestion is such at this point.
