Marketplace Homes Signed leases that don't coincide with Owners agreement/lease. Internet

We Have had nothing but issues when dealing with Marketplace homes. We are current renters of a marketplace home we signed a three year lease in July of 2011. The first issue we had was when we moved in the monthly payments are suppose to come out on the first of the month and they withdrew funds from checkin account on the twenty-fifth of the month causing our accounts to be over drawn.

We contacted marketplace homes numerous times to get the charges of 156.00 NSF taken care of. We received the run around, we left messages and no one ever called us back. We sent emails with no response returned.

We received a call from the homeowners last night, that we have a great relationship with,has also had nothing but problems with marketplace and them following through on their commitments. They informed us that their agreement is up with Marketplace homes April 5 th and realized that we had a three year lease agreement that doesnt expire till June of 2014. The owners can't afford the expenses that Marketplace homes had originally took care of but now have revoked. They have to sell the house. Marketplace homes has admitted to the homeowners screwed up they of course are suppose to call me but haven't.

I know I have tenant rights and we agreed to rent home with option to buy a few years down the road when we have established our credit. We have moved our child's school just got acclimated to this area and now the future is unknown?
