Marsh Jewelers, Marsh-Net.com ripoff won't refund on defective jewelery Wetumpka Alabama

I bought several small pieces of jewelry from this "company". When I received it, the quality was extremely poor. The stones were cut badly (a blind man could do better), scratched or chipped.

I called/emailed asking repeatedly for an RMA. After three requests, I finally received the RMA. The merchandise was returned in accordance with their stated return policy, and they have confirmed receipt

Now, 3 months after I ordered the jewelry, they are refusing to send me a refund. When I call, I get some useless twit on the phone who can only tell me that the refund is "in accounting". No supervisor or accountant ever seems to be available to discuss the refund.

I have sent dozens of emails and made dozens of phone calls. Unfortunately, they seem intent on keeping my money and hoping I will just go away.

Whatever you do, stay away from this company. They sell nothing but low quality junk and won't refund on shoddy merchandise.
