marshall engines bought a 4L80E transmission replaced 4 times not covered in warranty labor pay and im out $1900 texas texas

purchased 4L80E for chevy 3500 HD. went in great even as heavy as all the parts were was no installation problems. 10 miles into test drive. something eats the flywheel teeth. take it back out replace starter and flywheel. get it back together. does it again except this time it also ate the starter gear. so take it back out seen trans fluid leaking out of the seal around the shaft. so i sent it back. no problem they sent me another one. not paying labor. i stuck that one in there the same exact way. 60 miles into test run boom breaks the whole bell housing off.

i could see the torque converter from underneath with inspection cover and all somewhat intact. but this time flywheel was broke off around the bolts. and it ripped ears off the starter. was getting aggrivated with it. customer had horses he needed to tend to. i let him borrow my truck. since warranty doesnt cover tow bills. i was stuck with several hundered dollars in just that. now i sent that transmission back with no questions they sent me another one. i should have asked a couple. but they didnt warranty their used and abused transmission.

they pulled 1900 out of my business account. while the transmission and flywheel and starter that i just installed was and still is doing great. i wouldnt buy anything from marshall engines again. i had to pay $1900 twice. 3 flywheels. 2 starters. and tow bills just to get 1 good transmission. I will not be contacting in any way shape or form any motor transmission or even a tire valve stem cap from them. have gotten better products with warranties out of a junkyard. not counting how much i paid my mechanic i took that all as a loss and a lesson learned.
