martin and sons roofing liars kenosha Wisconsin

I had a 10 year warranty with Martin and son's roofing when I noticed the shngles on th North side of my roof looked awful. They sent an inspector out who agreed and said he wuld talk to the owner about replacing or covering them with new shingles. 

The drama with this company however drug out over 3 months. After I contacted the BBB, Todd Martin phoned me, Promised to lay new shingles over the defective ones on the North side only , excluding the mud room area, for $250. Told me since it was under their warranty, that Ken offered to do the work free. I told him I would pay the $250 as soon as I recieved a work order. Since this company's representatives had lied to me in the past, I wanted it in writting. Well 5 days later, still no work order. From Kenosha to Bristol does not take longer than that. I called the company and again I was treated like a liar. Told the shingles would cost @350 NOT our agreed to price of $250. And all of a sudden Ken never offered to do the labor to honor their own warrantee..

This business will reap what it sows. Nothing but liars who treat their customers aweful.
