Martin Signature Homes Mistakes made from start and almost a year later still hasn't finished the list of items to fix nor has he paid us the money he owes Shreveport Louisiana

We contracted last year with Martin Signature Homes to build a house we designed.  We worked with Sam Martinez to get the floor plans the way we wanted.  We made sure to document everything in email and had several phone conversations and visits to fine tune our dream home. When the house was started to be framed, I went to the office to tell them it didn't look right and got excuses that it never does in the beginning.  I asked them to measure and they never did.  After they finished framing, I told them the bathroom was not correct and they had to remove a pony wall.  Drew Martin, the son who was supposed to be in charge never acted on my phone calls and texts.  I had to go into the office again and let them know they did not have the updated floor plan.  When I went to the house Drew still had the older floor plan on site.  I reminded him again.  I had many problems with the electricinas as well as they continued  to work with the wrong floor plan.  It got so bad that they had to break up the foundation in the master toilet are, tub area and shower area to move the drain pipes as they were way off.  The owner, Bill Martin said it was because we didn't have a blueprint.  We offered to pay for that but Sam, told us they were good at their job and we didn't need to.  This is just the start.  During the process, they sheet rocked over plumbing for the sink, didn't add the 6 incvhes from the laundry room the the master shower and threw off the measurements on the back of the house.  The electrians didn't go by the floor plan and did what they wanted where they wanted, including an outlet behind a barn door.  Then they wired the three light switches to only have one of them work on the double fans.  Basically the other two switches are dead.  They wired an outlet to the septic wiring and sparks flew.  They had to remove that outlet.  They put two light switches behind two doors and had to rewire to the other side and now I have these ugly junction box covers behind the door.  Getting Mr. Martin or his son, Drew are almost impossible until you send a nasty email or leave a nasty voicemail.  They took their last draw on the builder loan last July 2017 and they still have not paid us the money they owe us.  We have complained and gone over all the receipts and he is still trying to cheat us on the money.  Our house pad was included in the loan.  We even have an email from Sam stating that is is.  Along with that $4000  I had to pay the tiler $360 to tile the pach porch as per our floor plan.  When Mr. Martin looked at the correct floor plan he said he would reimburse us and still refuses to.  Then the floor plan shows 4 feet of tile in two of the three bathrooms and he is still charging us for it.  This man is a rip off and a liar.  Don't do business with him.  You will only be disappointed in the end.  I will say the brickers were fantastic, even though the front porch brick morter on the step is all cracked and missing and the tilers were the best I have dealt with.  I am exhausted in dealing with a company that doesn't care about the customers the second he gets his last check.  He even told me accourding to the contract that he has a whole year to work off any issues.  Even the ones we had before we first moved in.  I bet if we owed him $6000 he wouldn't let us wait this long to pay him.  We could be earning 4.5% at our GBT account on this money he still owes us.
