Marts Oil Completely Misleading On Prices Wilmington DELAWARE

Marts Oil works like this. They have different options for payment and delivery. I paid a fee to get what they call price protection. This means the price of oil won't go above "x" amount. They assure if the price goes lower you will always get the lower price.

Not true, I noticed on my bill the guy left for me that the price seemed pretty high. So I called 6 oil companies in my area. They ranged from 1.99 to 2.59 I was getting hit for 2.89. So I called Marts and the lady puts me over to the "pricing" guy. He was able to bring me down to 2.29 and asked if this helps.

Well of course it helps, but I shouldn't have to make calls to get the lower price that I am already SUPPOSED to be getting. I should have (and will in future) stick with my local guy....that I could have paid 1.99 for I was told by Marts that THEY HAVE WHOLESALE AND RETAIL PRICING. Funny thing is those words were NEVER spoken to me ever when I went with this scamming company for my oil. I'm telling you, call some local oil guys in your area, they will be much better and less hassle then this DECEITFUL company
