MASON CAPITAL GROUP, LLC BIG RIPOFF!!! NOW OUR HOUSE IS IN FORECLOSURE!!! TARZANA California

It all started with Ameriquest mort. then was sold to Citiresdential lending. I lost my job in June this year we started trying to find help with our house payments, came up on the Mason Capital group, we contacted them in Aug. did everything they told us to do. we even had to pay them a 1000.00 which we did and then 250.00 on completion of our case. Anyway there Guarantee to there customers is Loan modification, Forbearance Agreement, Reinstatement, Deed in lieu of foreclosure, Prolonging the foreclosure process. Needless to say they haven't done anything for us. We were dealing with Charlie Rippe he is no longer with the company. We kept calling and he called back twice and said that our payments had not gone thru which they did on 9-2-08 and 9-15-08. Kept calling Charlie he told us do not worry about calling he would be in touch with us when everything is done. We were not even to talk to our mortgage co. and if we made a payment of our house it would void the contract and anything they sent us was to be sent to Mason group. Well we went by everything to the T and now our house will be sold on 1-15-09 thanks to Charlie. Citi Residential won't help either. I recieved a letter in the mail on Friday that 12-25-08 is the deadline and have talked to several Att. they say it has gone to far now. I have also called the Mason Group several times, have been hung up on and left mess. after mess. no one will call me back, so I told them all to have a Very Merry Christmas while we will be having our last Christmas in this house, which my husband was raised in and his parents had built. I could go on and on but it wouldn't do any good. So MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.
