Massage Envy My sister transferred a massage of hers from her membership to me they said there would only be a 10.00 transfer fee. we made 2 appointments for 1 for an hour and hers for 1/2 hr upon arriving, she asked if I could get the 1 1/2 hr massage too, they said yes, we went in and got our massages, when she was done, hers was only 1 hr, mine when I came out of the room, they told me I owed an extra 20.00... really! why did they not tell me when I said is there an extra charge! this is my second time at Massage envy unhappy the first time too.
