I bought and paid for a 6 month membership, paid for it and assage Envy continued to charge my credit card $60/month because I didn't cancel in writing.  

I spoke to regional mgr who informed me that this was in the contract I signed.   Which , even if it was ---and my bad for not reading the small print-- I was not aware of it and manager informed me that Massage Envy NEVER gives refunds.
