I spent well over 400 dollars and wasted 2months taking classes at master cabbie . After completing the exam and passing it . The day I was sapposed to get my results fatima ais the staff memeber rudely told me to get behind the line just because I asked her anxiously if I passed . I respectfully asked her to be more kind and it was rude how she used such tone. she then went off yelling and screaming at me and wouldn't give me my results . I waiting patiently for my turn but still she refused . I was upset and asked again if she can give me my results do I can leave . She called me a wife beater because of my origin and beard which was really racist. she then told me to go to hell. after finally getting my resulets from another staff member . I passed with a very good grade. A couple of weeks after I recieved a Letter from the tlc asking me to do a physical fitness hearing with a  tlc judge. the judge read the letter Fatima ais falsely testifying that I was the cause of the whole situation and that I  attacked her religious rights when clearly my rights were violated. Therefore the judge took sides with Fatima ais and denied my application . I'm not the first to complain about Fatima . She has an anger issue and will take power over someone's license . I don't understand how a professional cab test teachers will take your money and once you pass will request your license to be denied . It's merely condridictory. I wish I can have a refund of my time and money I sacrificed . I again appled a year after and yet again was denied because the judge felt I wasn't reformed because I didn't take any anger management class's which yet again I lost my money applying . I feel really violated and helpless and I feel as if I'm being racially profiled .
