In the 3 years since I signed up for MasterMatchmakers, I have had 3 dates.  I last heard from them 6 months ago.  In fact, I usually only hear from them every 6- 9 months.  I have found many more dates ON MY OWN in this period of time.  Therefore, this is not a dating service worth the money ( and it is expensive).  If you sign up, this is fair warning that you may not hear from them for a while after they deposit your check!

JoAnn Ward = Scam Artist

AUTHOR: Jersey Girl - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 28, 2011

JoAnn sets you up on fake dates and is offended and appalled if there is no chemistry between you and the fake date.  After not hearing from her service in over a year, I was told that I was at fault for not reaching out to her during that time - despite contacting her prior to that to receive match updates and being told to be patient and that THEY would contact ME and that I should not contact them.  Now, after being in contact with her and promises of helping me to find a match, it appears that contact from her and her cohorts is little to non existent.

Master"Rip-Off"Matchmaker.com should be their business name.

Not a Dating Service

AUTHOR: heather - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 19, 2011

I felt compelled to respond to this post as I have recently got engaged through the efforts of Master Matchmakers. First of all, Master Matchmakers is NOT a dating service. When I signed up it was made explicitly clear that this is a Matchmaking company whose efforts are meant to enhance my dating life, not replace my own efforts. It was also explained to me that this
is a process which can and may take time. I was encouraged to continue to meet men on my own through online dating and other avenues. I did not rely of this company to create my dating life. I was looking to try something new and figures it was worth a shot.  It was 4 months before I received my first match, and Kim & Monica stayed in contact and provide updates along the way. I was happy to wait instead of just having them send me anyone. My first match was Brian was a great guy!

Attractive, professional and interested in learning more about me. There just was not chemistry for which I cannot fault Master Matchmakers. I had provided them with a guideline of what I sought in a partner and they delivered. My next match can Dan, who I received 2 months later. Dan and I subsequently dated for 3 months, so I put my membership on hold (An option no other service I contacted offered) Dan and I ended up not working out long term however, I was richer for the experience of getting to know him. Again, this connection not working out was in no way Master Matchmakers fault. My next match Keith was sent 5 months later and I would have waited another 5 years to meet him! Keith is now my fianc! We dated
for a year before he proposed! I have transferred my remaining matches to a friend (another option no other service I contacted offered). My wedding is scheduled for late next spring and I even invited the staff of Master Matchmakers to my wedding! While I feel for whoever wrote this post, I encourage you to reach out to Kim or Monica as they were great with me.
