Mastermatchmakers.com is a rip off and I would advise you to stay away from them at all costs. Somehow they got my email address and phone number, I think at one point months ago I was online searchng things and likely provided them this information. I received multiple phone calls almost right away and told them I was not interested. Several months later I started getting phone calls again. I decided to listen to what his women had to say, she is no longer employed at the company for some reason. After initially telling her again I was not interested she offered me $500 off the price of the service and I told her I would think about it. I literally received 2-3 phone calls a day, 4-5 text messages from them a day and multiple emails per day until I finally decided to give the company a chance, what made me decide to sign up was they offerend me an 'Exclusive' offer of a 1 on 1 personal coaching session with Steve Ward.

After paying the attention they gave me was almost nothing at all, the woman who called me, texted me, and emailed me multiple times a day was no longer available to talk to me and nobody else was to, they told me to simply wait until somebody reach out to me to start the process. I set up my 1 on 1 session with Steve Ward only to be blown off by him the first time our session was scheduled. We rescheduled a second time and the session was supposed to be for 60 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes after Steve Ward was supposed to call me he finally called and our conversation litterally lasted for 2 minutes max, and when I say 2 minutes it was not a second longer than that, I was actually really dissapointed.

They make you go through 4 coaching sessions with some under trained ' relationship counselor' before they wil begin to match you with anybody. I was told before I signed up that they would set me up with as many people as needed until I met that 'Special Somebody' however they put in the contract they make you sign they are only obligated to match you with 4 people, but I was told multiple times that was only to protect their company and that they would not hold me to that 4 person match limit. I received my first match several weeks late and was not interested in this person based on the pictures and profile information but was essentially forced into accepting the match, they told me to "try her out" and I had nothing to lose because I would not be held to the 4 match limit. I accepted the match, went on a date and it was a total disaster. This was the same for the 3 following matches, I was not interested in the people they sent me but was basically forced into accepting them. All of my matches were low quality people who did not meet my specificatons I laid out, and my specificatons were not that high.

After my 4th match I stopped being contacted by the company. I reached out to Monica Ward and she told me "I was not longer a priority to them because they had to focus on paying customers" she said I received by 4 match per the contract and they would "keep me in mind" if any other matches came up. I was angry at her response because the only reason I accepted all the 4 previous matches the first time around was because they told me not to worry, I specifically asked if they would count towards my 4 match max and they told me no and they would match me as many times needed. After some back and forth with Monica she finally sent me a fifth match, again that was not at all what I was looking for in a match but I accepted, again it did not go anywhere. Its been 9 months since today (9/7/14) and I have not been contacted by their company again, when she told me "they would keep me in mind" that was a lie.

My advise to anyone looking at this company is to look at lower cost options like (((competitors' names redacted))). This company, Mastermatchmakers.com, does not do ANYTHING different than the other online dating services except for charging you thousand's of dollars and under delivering. I am happy to talk to anyone who wants to hear my story over the phone or via email because I have been ripped off by this company and taken advantage of and I do not want them to do this to anyone else.
