Matress giant This company is ruining my husband's mental health port richey, Florida

My husband works for this slave-labor, uncaring, greed-driven, deniers of economic reality and pervayors of mendacity. Can you tell I really dispise this company?

Not only do they lie to their customers, but lie regularly to their employees. "We restructered the commision pay system so you can make more money" They don't tell that they are raising the store budgets so it will be impossible to earn the paltry 3% commision, because they deny there is an economic slow down. Hard to make money if no one comes in the stores.

This particular district recently removed several long-time store managers and store seconds (All 50 years of age or older) and made them into floaters. (Have to travel all over hell's half acre with no gas money) These guys were all replaced with sales staff 30 years old or younger. Can anyone say "Age discrimination"?

My husband had a heart attack at work. His DM called after being notified by another sales rep and DID NOT ASK HOW MY HUSBAND WAS. First thing the DM wanted to know was if he had clocked out correctly. I swear this is true.

This company just reduced this region down to 40-45 hours from 55 hours a week. Just happened today, 8/14/09. The powers that be LIED to the Jacksonville stores-told them this district has been on the new reduced hours and they LOVE it.  Jacksonville-don't believe it.

I hope my husband gets fired soon. He'll make more money.
