Matress Giant does not honor warranty and pulls bait and switch Warwick Rhode Island

my husband and I bought a matress from matress giant a few years ago and lived to regret ever dealing with this company. they had a sign everywhere saying if you bought the expensive matress cover that you had a warranty through them. we asked the sales lady if we had to buy the box spring with the matress for the warranty, and she said NO. so we just bought a sealy matress...or so we thought.

a few months later, the matress was so lumpy and sinking in the middle. we went back because of the warranty they had advertised and the guy totally blew us off and said we were out of luck because we didn't buy the box spring. THIS MATRESS JUST KEPT GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. I ACTUALLY SLEPT ON THE COUCH BECAUSE IT WAS MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THE MATRESS THEY SOLD US.

we woke up in pain all the time because of this matress and spent over $1400.00 on it. I AM PISSED. we had to go out and buy a new matress, and as we were taking this matress to the curb...the thick pillowtop had caved in the middle of the bed and i saw it. IT HAD AN OFF BRAND NAME "MADE FOR MATRESS GIANT" ON IT!!! YES, THEY STUCK A SMALL LABEL HIDDEN UNDER THE PILLOW TOP!!! and that was the only label on the matress.

all this time we thought we thought we paid top dollar for a brand name matress that had a defect when we paid top dollar for a matress giant reject. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! YOU SHOULD GET 10 YEARS OUT OF A MATRESS NOT A FEW MONTHS OF COMFORT and HAVE TO GO BUY A NEW ONE BECAUSE YOU'RE IN PAIN FROM SLEEPING ON IT!!!!
