the coldwell banker team of matt and marge kochman of shoreham,ny refuse to give us our security,half month rent of may and storage and u haul rental due to early departure because of rats in house.our lease was up end of june, they changed locks once i removed all my funiture last 2 days of may. rats were still in there. they have nerve to try to sell house with rats for land lord bonnie nichols who lives in florida. kochmans were nichols property manager until the end and then they became messengers and told us to deal with landlords lawyer, renaldo pace which refuses to answer calls from my lawyer. address of house for sale is 84 strathmore court drive, coram,ny 11727. DO NOT LOOK AT IT....RATS INFESTED IN WALLS

BONNIE NICHOLS LAWYER RINALDO A PACE HAS TRIED HIS BEST. BONNIE NICHOLS REFUSES TO PAY ME MY SECURITY AND STORAGE AND PRORATED RENT. MR PACE DID ALL HE COULD DO. BONNIE SAYS WE DESTROYED THE HOUSE MEANWHILE I HAVE PICTURES TO DIFFER THAT STATEMENT I DONT KNOW IF SHE SAW IT HERSELF WHICH I DOUBT SHE LIVES IN FLORIDA OR SHE TOOK KOCHMANS STATEMENT WHICH IS UNTRUE.MR PACE DID ALL HE COULD AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIM.
