Mattress 1 one Manager Oscar Miami, district manager Alex Rude disrespectful, Miami Florida

Mattress 1 Miami is terrible! I sent my husband to buy a full size memory foam mattress. That he did. When he brought it home I realized that it was about 2-3inches shorter than my daughters box of her bunk bed...she is 2 yrs old and with that kind of space her hand and foot can fit through the sides, and the bottom are wooden panels, she can get stuck, break and arm, leg, ect. It is a safety Hazard. If it was sitting on the floor or on top of another frame it would not be an issue. After calling the district manager who sold my husband the mattress and explaining the situation to him he says "no mattress is true to size, and they are 52" in width" I used my friend google and found out on multiple websites it says 54" for full size, I was told by Alex if it's that big of an issue I can go to the store and measure them and find one that's closest to 54" (with 2 small kids I don't have the time not do I think this is my job) Alex than says call the store and speak with another manager Albert. I called Albert yesterday 8-11-14 and he was with customers, I called today 8-12-14 and he was out, Oscar answered and says I'm a manger how can I help, I retold my story and he goes to explain as well no mattress is true to size, my question as the consumer is why is this information not disclosed to us? How would I know that if they don't tell us, I go and explain had someone told my husband that, he would have came home and measured my sons mattress to make sure what the dimentions are. (Our sons mattress oh so randomly is a true 54" x 75"...hhmm) Oscar proceeds to say he can call the warehouse and have them measure a few and see if he can find one closest to a 54" but it's unlikely. He tells me I can go to Home Depot or lowes and buy a piece of 2x4 and cut it to the size and stick it between the side of the bed. NOW IM LIVID! Are you f'in kidding me?? This is how you conduct business. I said i did not pay all this money for a mattress to now go do some hokey business to fill in the gap. I said if you can not help me I would like a full refund. At this point he got angry and said fine but there is a 20% restocking fee. I'm not ok w this bc the matress has not even been opened or layed on. There is no restocking to it. they will just put it right back into the warhouse and resell for prob even higher. Oscar told me I would have to speak with Alex the district manager and see if he can do anything...Alex is not returning my calls. With all the negative reviewa how is this place even still in business. I'd rather burn this mattress right in front of their warehouse than return it for a 20% loss and have them gain. Rot in h***l to the b****** thieves who own this worthless company!
