Maximum Booting Company I was parked in a Hobby Lobby parking lot in Newnan, GA and on September 25, 2015 my semi was booted by Maximum booting company and I was fined $500 before I could leave. Newnan Georgia

I was in the vehicle and if they had told me I needed to move I would have. I called Hobby Lobby and they told me they did not request the company to do this but that the management company DDR management was responsible. When I called DDR Property Management they told me they were doing it at the request of Hobby Lobby. This is a total ripoff.
I was parked in the parking lot of Hobby Lobby in Newnan, GA on September 25, 2015. My semi was booted by Maximum Booting Company and I had to pay $500 before I could leave. I was in the vehicle and if they had told me I needed to move I would have. I called Hobby Lobby and the stated they did not request this company to do this that it was DDR Property Management; however, DDR Property Management said they were doing it at the request of Hobby Lobby. This is a huge ripoff.

To the author "Tyg". I'm willing to bet your like the rest of those roadside whiners, a broke dumb tow truck driver, that needs extra cash so he does booting on the side. Heres a suggestion, Get A Job!!!

I have only stated the facts in this case. I realize I shouldn't have been parked there but the ripoff is the fact that they charged $500 to move. This was a devastating amount to me and I feel it was out of line.

YOU are the driver. YOU are responsible for where YOU park. Try and use some COMMON SENSE and LOGIC. IF your vehicle was booted, then it doesnt matter if YOU were contacted. YOU WERE PARKED WHERE YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN!!!! ITS THIER PROPERTY!!!!! THEY can boot ANYONE they like!! I understand being a truck driver puts you on some weird hours. But if YOU dont have DIRECT PERMISSION from the property managment then YOU WERE PARKED ILLEGALY!!! YOU have NOT been ripped off!! YOU have been held accountable for the choice YOU made to park there. All YOU have done is defame a INNOCENT party online. THAT can get YOU a civil suit that YOU will lose.Awful nice of YOU to shirk YOUR responsibility AND blame a innocent party. THAT is the actions of a CHILD!!! Are you sure YOU should BE a truck driver if YOU cant even take responsibility for YOUR CHOICES?
