Maxmyspeed.com MaxMySpeed.com is a hoax. Rip Off. Will not cancel my membership. Internet, Internet

Do not use maxmyspeed.com. I paid 39.99 for them to tell me what was wrong with my computer. The tech said that this was the worst she had ever seen. I was placed on hold so she could get a supervisor. (Keep in mind that my computer is very new with no problems) The supervisor came on the phone and told me that she was surprised that my computer was even working. I had 500+ registry errors and tons of viruses. One of the viruses was stealing my CREDIT CARD INFO, and she was more than sure of this. ( I had never entered my credit card # into the computer. Long story short, I call back to cancel my subscription and I got placed on hold multiple times as well as hung up on every time I told the multiple customer service reps that i wanted cancel and get the "30 day money back guarantee" I have now made over 19 phone calls and spent close to 5 hours trying to get my refund and stop future payments.
