MBF Leasing LLC Forged a lease in my company name, threatened a lawsuit in attempt to force me pay them money New York, New York

MBF teamed up with a local company in Houston to lease out Check scanning equipment. A lease agreement was fraudulently filled in my company name and set up by MBF leasing and first payment drafted from my account. When i detected the problem and contacted MBF, they pretended the lease was legitimate, refused and ignored to investigate my allegations even though I produced all the proofs and documents supporting my claim. They subsequently sent me a threatening letter demanding payment or face a civil lawsuit in the city of New York. They charged off the account and reported it to credit rating bureau
