McDonalds has failed to give me back my money, after complaints filed. Palmetto, Fl. Nationwide

They offered my money back, even it is I guess. I just missed the good ol' days when they were afraid of losing business. I , or my family will never eat there again. I have nothing bad to say more except eat at your own risk.

You have done nothing but assume everything about me, and you have been wrong at every turn. The Irony in your posts are so hilarious. You are B******* because I'm B*******, and you're b******* about it. You have done nothing to help your fellow human. I came here to a site, MEANT for what I'm doing, and you are just trolling, complaining. And frankly you have made an a** out of yourself. Some people love to think that a person with a disability is not intelligent . You have Absolutely no information on me about who I am, and what my story is for your accusations Your posts have shown what an ignorant person you are , HIDING BEHIND YOUR COMPUTER. I'm not concerned with any lawsuits filed by this company. The TRUTH is the #1 defense in a defamation suit. And I'm not looking to DESTROY McDonald's. As soon as they send me my refund, I will not say another word, I will never spend my money there again, but they made it right. I'm asking for customer service to do it's job, when it's failing to so. Again, you are completely insane to say the things you assume and harass. I had to let you know that your idle threats, and broken dreams of McDonald's suing me were dead, like your presence and your brain.  SO because YOU didn't get YOUR WAY on a $4-$6 burger, YOU feel its acceptable to cost THEM THREE TIMES the amount you may have paid. How does that work exactly?? Show the economics of YOUR vengeance and PLEASE try to justify that theory for everyone. Firstly, there is NO LAW that keeps others from questioning the VALIDITY of YOUR CLAIM of disability. Secondly, YOU are making a mountain out of a mole hill due to YOUR DISABILITY. NOT because someone put ketchup on your burger, but because YOU have MORE then just YOUR disability as an issue. A GROWN ADULT would have handled the situation MUCH BETTER then YOU have. So this tells me one of two things. YOU or either a CHILD of some form OR YOU are an elderly person with too much time on your spiteful hands. MEaning that in either situation, YOU have failed. Failed to prove that since YOU didn't get your way, YOU should be allowed to cost THEM money DAILY!! Thankfully MickyD's does get some relief from a person like YOU. Since YOU seem to be smart enough to get online but NOT wise enough to figure out when YOU are causing harm to your own case. If McDonalds chose to, THEY could not only get YOU for the defamation that YOU have posted, but for the PERCIEVED DAMAGES from YOUR active online bashing campaign. Both of which ARE illegal. SO because YOU didn't get YOUR WAY, YOU feel that ALL of YOUR actions are justified. SO when MickyD's goes after YOU in a civil proceeding YOU will only have yourself to blame for what happens to you. YOU may sit there and think YOU are safe online. That there is NO WAY for ANYONE to KNOW that it was definativly YOU that posted. Well YOU would be wrong to think this. Everything you do is logged and recorded. So with a simple court order to ANY site YOU have visited, THEY will have all the proof THEY need to go forward with a civil proceeding. YOUR first amendment rights DO NOT protect YOU when YOU are using it to purposefully cause harm to another. YOUR RIGHTS DO NOT SUPERCEED ANOTHERS!!!!! YOU seem to think that because YOU didn't get your way that YOU have the right to post whatever you wish. YOU DO NOT!!! Ok we get it. YOU had ketchup on your burger. Its NOT something that merits this type of action. What YOU are doing is WRONG and I personally hope as one diabled person that they DO go after YOU for what YOU have posted. Perhaps there IS more for YOU to learn in this life.

Person, whoever you are, my disability isn't what's under fire, McDonalds is. If you are not trying to help me get my money back then you are just a troll, with nothing better to do. I wasn't using "MY disability" it was a reference to the reason why such little money would cause someone to keep on them to do the right thing. I'm not on welfare, and what's your insane reason for telling me , as an American, I can't enjoy a burger at a local establishment? If you want to worry about YOUR tax dollars, you should be marching on the White House, and the criminals that blow way more money than I would be able to earn in 10 life times a Day. And I'm sure I'm being small in my assesment. 

I will break this down for you, sense your comprehension seems to be lacking. I would like to offer my help. There is a drive-thru. In that drive-thru window, an employee handed me my food. As I'm not the one driving, I wouldn't have moved from "said" window. Luck would have it, that my friend doesn't check, and droveoff. So while in the parking lot still. I had him to circle around and park. You know, because that's what you do to go from the vehicle to inside the establishment. I also reported that I had , keyword "had"my burger rotting. Rotting was  a word to juice up my story, as, their burgers in fact do not rott. But to let the company know that I didn't eat them, and they were of to no use to me. You are an ugly person, to attack someone looking for help. You are a horrible person, for questioning my disabilty. There are laws against that , you know. And last but not least for you to spit on my right as an American, and tell me, my EARNED disabilty, I should eat nowhere. Then what shall I eat? Do you know that in some curcumstances, the dollar menu is cheaper. I hope you don't have any children, and good day to you troll. :) 

Your report makes no sense.  First you say "My driver pulled off as I slowed him down to tell him I never leave the window without checking." Then you say "I never in a million years thought to check my bag".  So which is it?? And what are you doing with rotting food on your counter?? What is that going to accomplish?

And BTW they are franchises - so get rid of the disability card and stop spending MY tax dollars on fast food if you cannot afford it - seems you can afford an internet connection!  SO what is your disability since you stated in your first sentence you have one.
