MCM - Midland Credit Management CANT WAIT TO SEE THESE CLOWNS IN COURT SO I CAN COUNTER SUE! San Diego California

After many hours on the phone getting nowhere with this bunch I have decided not to play their game, out of the blue these jokers sent me a bill for 1359,62 that said I owe HSBC, funny isn't it that they have no record of my name,ssn,or phone # in their computer.At first I thought oh no identity theft again been there before, but im not sure this is the case.I have talked to their fraud dept. and was told that I needed to file a police report,They the local police handed me the report forms and told me to take them home and fill them out so I called mcm back to get the information necessary to fill the forms out, after many more calls most being forwarded to a machine telling me to send a request in the mail I decided not to waste any more of my time or money told them to get things started ill see you in court. personally I love a good day in court and so do a few good friends of mine listed under A in the phone book!!!
