MD Everywhere Contracted with our company to do credentialing, services were provided and they refused to pay!! Hauppauge New York

MDeveywhere enlisted our company's  services. WE are a credentialing and contracting company. Md everywhere was having a hard time collecting on a few accounts because the doctors needed to have their information updated, Tax id's , locations, billing addresses all needed to be updated. Without updated information  health plans do not pay doctors, even if services are rendered.

It was our job to make sure each doctors information was updated so that the plans would pay , in turn higher revenues would be paid and MD everywheres commissions would go up, since they were collecting more monies for their accounts.

MD everywhere signed a contract, went over our rates with our owner, and agreed to have us work on the project as a commission project, per update done. THe work was done, with me, the head Consultant doing most of the work, and after receiving an invoice for work done, SUSAN BORGIDA decides she doesnt want to pay us anything at all.

A contract was signed, rates agreed upon, work done, most completed in full, and then she decides that she doesnt want to pay us!!! How can she do that? Work was completed. SERVICES WERE RENDERED.

I am going to file whatever reports I can file against MDe and SUSAN BORGIDA. She used us, bullied us, walks away laughing at screwing us, "try collecting" Well, I am not taking this sitting down.

How dare a person get what they agreed to pay for, and then once the work is done , refuse to pay? Can you put a  roof on your home and then decide you want it off or dont want to pay for it now?  I guess thats what courts are for.
