They try and outsource to other countries illegally and end up screwing up your practice. Non of their employees are Certified Professional Coders so they have no idea what they are doing.
They have been bought and sold a million times and it shows when you try and deal with someone higher up in management. They have no idea about Medical Billing and they just want to rippoff their customers.
They also claim to be able to work with any Medical Records Application (EMR/EHR), this is not true. It is always delayed and there are a ton of bugs that end up costing you a ton of time and money.

The accusations made by Dr. DiMuccio are completely false. First, Doctor DiMuccio was never an MDeverywhere client. In addition, we searched the NPPES website and discovered that Dr. DiMuccio is not a registered physician. All physicians must have an NPI number and must be on the NPPES website. It does not look like Dr. DiMuccio has an NPI number and he/she was not registered on this website.
The following are my comments on a few of Dr. DiMuccios remarks:
India: Dr. DiMuccio said that we have 99% of our employees in India. As you know we have a wholly owned operation center in India. At this point we have about 300 employees in India and 100 employees in the United States. As opposed to most other companies in the billing industry, we do not outsource. These are MDeverywhere employees.
Certified Coders: Dr. DiMuccio states that none of our coders are certified. This is incorrect. Our coding team is comprised of certified coders (CPCs and CPC-Hs) from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), with a majority of them having experience in excess of five years. Members of our coding team are active participants in the AAPC local chapter meetings.
Ownership: Dr. DiMuccio states that MDeverywhere has been bought and sold a million times. MDeverywhere raised money in 2000 from some of the leading venture capital firms in the United States. These venture firms invested in MDeverywhere and were our financial partners for 9 years. In January 2009, Marlin Equity Partners purchased all the shares of the original venture firms. The entire management team retained their ownership and this management team is still running the company.
Interfaces: MDeverywhere has completed over 30 different interfaces with EMRs, lab systems, hospital systems, etc. Interface development is an MDeverywhere core competency and we have 4 people dedicated to developing and supporting interfaces.
