Meadow Run Builders Rip me off without building on the land Now I'm in Foreclosure and noone wants to take my case in PA Stroudsburg Pennsylvania

In 2006, I attempted to purchase a home in PA. We were referred to Meadow Run Builders. We met with Bob, who shared a wonderful plan in becoming a home owner.

I had just losed my mother and needed to secure housing for my disable sister and my daugther and her family. After, we met with Bob, we decided the deal was great. I but a large amount of money down for the land. Later, I learned I was over charged for the property.

Bob, also stated I didn't need a lawyer at the time of closing. During the closing I was introduced to National City Mortage who approved me for a Construction Loan for 12months, if the house was not build during this time a fee would be added. During the months of September until April, my house was not builded. I continue to contact the builder, who stated he had other homes that he needed to complete.

I was concerned about my Loan and contacted the bank, which informed me not to worry. Later, I was told I could get my money back with a small fee.

Since, 2006 we have no home and I'll having problems getting a lawyer to handle my case. National City has placed the land in Foreclosure at this time.

Last week the Sheiff Department was scheduled to bring me documents, which I don't know anything about to my NYC address. They failed to show. I contacted their office and was informed the Sheiff signed off. Now I must contact their lawyers.

Can someone assist me with my problem. I feel this company should be out of business for destroying families. Why, they're still in business I don't know, but I feel it is our duty as Consumers to fight back.
