meaningful beauty charges contine after they lost my return arden North Carolina

my bank account was charged again today. i was told by customer service this was the last installment to the 90 day product. i returned the product and vitamins valued at 85.00 + 15 bucks return fee but dont have the ups reciept. they got the vitamins but say they didnt get the other one! they were both in the same package!! i got a refund of 25 bucks; i also called to cancel but they continued to charge me for the next two months even after calling to cancel. they say until they get the product....that i already sent...there will be no refund. so im out a hundred bucks!! they say its the postal service fault.....it is not! they got one, where did the other one go! what the h***! im so mad.
