mebans SCAM online store mebans North Carolina

I ordered a toy from mebans on 11/22 , because the price is great compared to other stores, and this store offered free shiping with in 4-7 days,  a lillte doubt but not stop me to purchase the toy from this website, when I cheked out they let me pay it throught amazon to pay for a card that come from playstation and then go back to the email they send to me and put the code for the card  in, then I received a order number and process notice through email but no shipping notice, through the website it said I can receive it 12/5-6, until today 12/7 I still do not receive it. Check the internet and I can only see it is a SCAM, my $50 is gone forever. It is a big lesson , I will be more careful from now on.
