I have never heard of this company nor done business with an Audio Book store over the Internet. My NetSpend card number was used to make an unauthorized withdrawal from the prepaid debit card. I happened to be online when the purchase notice came in over the phone, so I immediately went to the NetSpend website to check on my account.

The purchase was there, under the Pending heading. Included in the info was the calls' city of origin and the full number, which I immediately called. I spoke to a woman, explained the situation to her in detail. I was asked if I wanted to cancel the service, to which I replied in a vigorous affirmative. The woman told me that it would be taken care of and then said the usual polite sign-off.

That was the end of the conversation and all that I can do for the moment, except to see what happens to the funds in the Pending section of the account.
