Glen Chumley communicated quickly and professionally when he sold us medical alert monitoring equipment. However, now that the equipment is no longer needed, nobody will respond to multiple phone calls and multiple emails about canceling the service and getting a refund based on their written "100% Iron-Clad 36 Month Equipment Buy-Back Guarantee".

Web site still displays BBB logo even though there have been numerous complaints with them lately.
I will proceed with additional complaints with BBB and the Maryland Attorney General about their deceptive business practices and complete lack of customer service.
