Medical Service Group They called to offer me pain cream. They had all of my personal information Nationwide

Medical Services Group called me to offer me a topical pain cream. What disturbs me most is that they knew all of my personal information and that I was being treated for pain. When I asked the caller (with a heavy foreigh accent) how she got my name she avoided the quesstion. Also when I refused to give her my secondary insurance number and requested something in writing, she shut me off and after another attempt to get that information, she hung up on me.
