MedLifePlus gives bogus list of Dentist who do not accept MedLifePlus Greenville South Carolina

I called the phone number on the MedLifePlus card. I was told to go the Internet address and get a list of Dentist. I did as told. This gave me a list of Aetna Dentist in my area. I printed out the letter that I was told to print and took it to the Dentist with me ... as I was told in the letter to do.

I got to the Dentist office and was told that they had never heard of this company. The letter did say I was responsible for 80% of the total at time of service. I paid the 80% before the Dentist did any work. A week latter I got a bill from the Dentist for the other 20%.

This is the second time in two years I have tried to use this card. The hospital refused it two years ago, and now a bogus list of Dentist, who refuse to accept it.

What I should have done was put that money into a savings account for future use and to be sure that is what I will do from now on. If you have one of these cards, please believe me, it is totally useless and quit paying your monthly dues before you find out like I did, it was wasted money.
