First I have to say after reading your horrible experience on Meetyourpsychic that I can fully understand how you must have felt BUT Let me say you were a horrible person to read for No I did have not (ever) read for you (thank God) and I do not work for Mettyourpsychic  But you did not want a reading YOU wanted someone to read your mind You do understand that when you call a ""psychic" that most are not real ?? What questions did you ask? Did you just sit on the phone and breath? Why did you call in the first place? You tested the psychic???? You can not get a reading from someone you test You did not even feel they were real in the first place! You were all ready doubting before the reading began so why call ?

Did you have a list of questions ? What were you seeking ? Did you want a general reading ? ( there is NO such thing)

Did you want someone to read your thoughts,your mind? Did you expect a psychic to read someone elses mind ("What is he thinking")

I have worked for dectives for many years Yes I am psychic and I would not want to read for you You have no idea how draining YOU people are ! Sitting on a line waiting for someone to tell you what? Most of you who call a ""line"" do not want to hear the truth YOu call to make yourselves feel better Its not the truth you wan to hear but a nice sugar coating of what ever it is you wish to hear

I have no idea if the person you called was bad or good BUT I do not know from what you wrote you are an awful person to read for

Are rating fixed Yes I am sure they are BUT no one can rate the person calling and most are horrible!!

You would get zero stars!

Meetyourpsychic might be great or it might be horrible But for sure you are an awul person to read for Your toxic energy comes right through  to the text you write

I recently called Meet My Psychic. My psychic 'Kris' was horrible! She literally kept guessing things about me- over and over, and never picked up anything about me. I actually ended the call before the 30 minute mark! I got tired of her guessing charade, and I laughed at her at the end as I told her I felt so much better after this call. She made me laugh it was SO ABSURD.  I contacted customer care and told them to LISTEN to my call and how this psychic just kept guessing things throughout the call. (my husband was listening to my call and thought someone was playing a joke on us). I NEVER asked them for a refund- just for them to listen to my call.

Anyways, customer care- JOHN to be specific sent me a message back and said that he was sorry I was dissatisfied, and that he could not refund me. He told me that the things the psychics see in the future can always change, so no reading is accurate. I responded back to him to tell him that 'obviously he didn't read my message, because she didn't predict ANYTHING- she just kept guessing stuff about me and after the 8th thing she got wrong, I had enough. 

This first reading was 30 minutes for $30, AFTER your first reading, the amount changes and goes WAY up. I didn't want a refund- I just wanted a chance to try and talk to ANOTHER psychic to see if the next one would be as bad. WOW. The cost goes WAY up and there is NO way that I am spending hundreds of dollars on this garbage. I am SOOOO glad that I only spent $30 on KRIS. If I would of paid $250 I WOULD BE TICKED.  This company guarantees that you'll be satisfied OR get a refund. I didn't even ask for a refund I just wanted the chance to see IF there was a better psychic, but I am BLOCKED NOW.

My review about Kris is NOT up either. I love of they DECEIVE people and ONLY put the GOOD reviews up of the people that feed these psychics information, and then the psychic goes OFF what they are TOLD. These psychcis are master manipulators and have YEARS of studying what people say- and grabbing information off of that.  I didn't tell Kris ANYTHING so she had NOTHING to go on, so she was lost. She asked if I was married and if one of us were cheating. She asked if I had kids. She had no IDEA what I do for a living. She told me my spirit guide was a CROW and that I see it ALL the time. I live in a major city, I have seen a CROW maybe ONCE in my life, I asked her how my dog was doing, she went on and told me about A dog, NOT MY dog, cause I DON'T have ONE.  I tested her,

So anyways, SAVE your money and don't CALL this company. It's all a scam. There ARE real psychics out there, I have met a few.

As far as customer care AND JOHN- sooner OR later karma will swing his way. I'm GLAD that he blocked me. I told him I was using Psychic Source from now ON. I only went back to that site to see if my review was there and OF course it's NOT.

Shame on this company and I have contacted the BBB

 It's sad that you as well as others have been rip'd off by this network & clearly that goes for Psychics too. I had no idea the amount of money they were making off me or the rate they were charging my customers. The way they compensate is by a percentage not per min & I did'nt even know that ahead of time because it's omitted from the contract that was forged & signed by them. I was't even able to negotiate, change or addendum. The worst part was that the business office had no direct phone contact on a daily basis asking you to leave msgs & emails. If you have any questions it may take days because random people will email you as if you are speaking to an actual employee who has your good will. By the time I got paid they had took over 80% of my earnings & had the audacity to ask me to change my profile picture because It was too glam prestigious I guess compared to other advisors. I asked my lawyer & told them no Im not changing my facial expression or slave waging for mere pennies at 20% knowing that my customers were being overly charged. It was just to unethical & rude for me to even consider partnering any longer. Hope your questions get answered with a new psychic. Namaste~

Does anyone know where to find Psychic Lola.  She was the only good psychic on Meet your psychic and now she is not there.

To the people commenting saying that they've had good experiences , which psychic were you using ? I'm not entirely convinced these people arent from meetyour psychic.com 

1) "Aggressive"? never once was I aggressive. "customer service" seemed to be the aggressive party which was half the reason for this report. I wasn't very happy when John accused me of just wanting a free reading , and THATS the point where I demanded my money back for the phone and email readings both. I didn't and never did call in demanding my money back for both readings , and to this day have only been refunded for the email reading. The fact is that meetyourpsychic.com just wasn't up to par with both readings . Phone and email readings were done by 2 different psychics and each was very vague , general, and ultimately none of it turned out to be true ...which I didn't expect it to anyways. Apparently with this rebuttal meetyourpsychic is faulting me for giving their company a second chance after receiving a terrible reading the first time around . And I didn't press the issue when John wouldn't give me a refund for BOTH readings , I was merely trying to make a point that if I just wanted "free stuff" I would have demanded I received my money from both readings back from the get go.

2) I already went over my reasons for not wanting this same psychic I was complaining about to do a "do over" email reading with me. If a different psychic had been offered to do the reading I may have taken John up on that offer. Which I actually told John , but he was too busy talking over me that he either ignored it or didn't hear me . 

3.) I do concede that you have an A+ BBB rating as 7th level entertainment , but if you really stand behind your product that much why not link that BBB profile with your site ? Right now your site has the BBB badge on it but you cannot click on it and go directly to your BBB page? That way it's not so hard for people to find you on there. It took me a great deal of searching go find you . And it still says you have yet to receive one complaint . The skeptical part of me would say this is because it's so hard for customers to find you on the BBB. I can't see that rating staying at an A+ with your glaring customer service issues .  Its not easy to make me run to the internet to vent my frustrations ; John really was just THAT rude and horrible to deal with . This is the only ripoff report I've ever written . 

4.) You terminated your relationship with me ? I wasn't aware. Despite unsubscribing to your email list right after this incident , I still receive at least 3 emails / day in advertisements from your company ... Not sure what I have to do to stop the plethora of emails spamming my inbox . Let me know , though . 

Fact is your company could have entirely avoided this report just by having decent customer service . You advertise a guarantee for your services or money back , but when a customer gives you more than a fair shake (2 chances) to prove you do have a reputable service and isn't satisfied , then you seem to attack the customer. Not sure what exactly the problem is with your company or why I'm being vilified but whatever. just warning other people so they don't have to deal with the fake psychics and terrible customer service I experienced . 

I was very suprised when I read this article.  I have been a Member of Meet Your Psychic for 2.5 years and have spoken to many of the advisors. All issues (few) that I have had were taken care of in a timely manner by customer service.  I have burned by many psychic sites when it came to billing. I love this site becuase they do not charge per minute.  They always qoute the price when you buy, and that is what you pay.  I don't like suprises. To each theit own....but I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I only asked for ALL of my money back after John accused me of just "wanting a free reading" .  Cold , hard truth is that nothing that either one of the psychics predicted has come true . Other sites that I used before are still better and have better customer service , so I stuck with them .  Simple as that. 

This report was more about being treated in a terrible way as a new customer who had spent Somewhere around $100 I believe . I simply could NOT believe that after receiving such  a subpar service that employees of that company would then speak to me so abrasively . I distinctly remember after that first phone call with John that after he hung up I thought to myself "Geeze, that guy must be having a TERRIBLE day " ... He was just that abrasive. He was talking over me , he was accusing me of wanting free readings , i believe he may have ended the call by hanging up on me? And I am more than a little mild mannered. Many people have described me as very quiet in the past . The readings I received were just so bad that  I immediately felt I had to call and get a refund and be done with it . 

John's problem seemed to be that I wanted a refund and didn't want to get a second free reading from the psychic to clarify the general garbage she threw out at me . I basically just told him that with that first reading the psychic broke all trust and credibility she could have had with me , so I'd just prefer to have my money back than to deal with even more lies being spouted off to me that didn't ring true . THATS when John started saying things like "so you just want a free reading ...". If they don't want ripoff reports written about them , and if they are fully committed to having sub standard "psychics" who just throw vague info at you during readings , meetyourpsychic.com should have a better trained customer service department At the very least . Can't think of any other business or service I've used thats ever had worse customer service . 

Chris and manager John employees of meetyourpsysic Are extremely professional, helpful and excellent.

I have been a loyal client for a little more than two years.While Some psysic are MUCH more accurate, detailed authentic than others on their site. I have found  Carol and Lola accuracies profound.  

Had to defend this fibe company.

As with all Members, we attempt to provide top quality customer support and professional psychic services.  When Mandie contacted us she had purchased an email reading and then (even though she was apparently extremely unhappy with our services), purchased an additional live psychic reading.

When she contacted us regarding her dissatisfaction with her email reading, we offered her (free of charge), the opportunity for another advisor to look into her questions. She refused and said she wanted a refund.  It was clear from her aggressive tone and unwilling to work with us, that there would be nothing we could do to satisify her.  We then informed her that we will be refunding your last order - $40.00 -  (per our customer satisfaction guarantee).  

She then said "Well if that is the case, I want you to refund both orders!". 

It was clear that she was wishing to use of service for free.

Per our terms of use, we immediately processed her refund and closed her account.

We value all Members, but must make appropriate business decisions to cancel accounts when necessary.

By the lies and slander displayed in this review, I know we made the right choice in terminating our relationship with Mandie.

Regarding our business as a scam, I invite the reader of this article to search Rip Off Report for other poor reviews.  You will not find any.  Also, please see our A+ rating with the BBB.
