This company is a real piece of work. First I received a letter from a supposed collection agency saying I owe them over $100 and that if I didn't respond in 30 days they would go ahead and assume it was a valid debt! I couldn't believe my eyes as I was never even sent any bills from this place to begin with! Instantly, I knew the whole thing was strange and something was wrong.

I go to the so-called collection agency website (https://www.transworldpayments.com) and it only got stranger from there. They had my current home address but had a phone number of mine that I haven't had in over 8 years! 

Well next, I went straight to this so-called psychic site myself and told them what I received and questioned them on it. I got a nasty and quite outrageous response. They claim that I was using several different aliases on their website(when I actually used none!)and that I called them from a certain phone number they listed(which is definitely not mine, I don't recognize it and I only have one phone number!) and to top it off, they even listed the date I supposedly received services (which I know for certain I in no way contacted them on that date!)!!! And claim to have recordings of me that their "security department reviewed and analyzed"!

Their website has the nerve to have a BBB badge!!!

In their reply to me, they even kept mispelling my name(you figure they know who I am right, since that is what they claim?!), unbelievable!

What they have caused me is that I somehow owe this ridiculous amount to them when I never received any services from them to begin with. They reported this amount with no prior notices to me and ruined my credit.
