Mega Life And Health Insurance unsuspecting parents ripped off and scammed by mega life not insurance its a scam Richland Hills Texas

We signed up for a health insurance policy for my 16yo daughter. We needed insurance so that we could take her for Dr. visits as needed.

The agent scammed us and told us the policy would cover her for all Dr. visits with no copay no deductible and it would cover all costs unless she ended up in a catestrophic situation. He told us it would cover 100% unless she ended up in the hospital, (a different level of care).

We paid the premium every month and then we received the bills. Out of $1000.00 they cover $62.00. They ripped us off for all the premiums and only paid $62.00. We were never told that they only cover $62.00 every 3 months ($250.00) per year. Why would we sign up for a policy for $100.00 a month that only covers $62.00 every 3 months.

We were scammed and taken and are very angry and we still have an ill child and now a $1000.00 in medical bills that mega life didnt pay. They agent they said would be reported. Big deal!!! I want him to reimburse us and explain to my ill child why he ripped us off.

Now we have to look for other ins and it difinitely won't be with Mega Life and Health. We have tried to cancel with them and they will not answer the phone so we can cancel. What a Ripoff....
