At the party, my wife tentatively signed-up with Melaleuca.  She expressly stated to not submit until her husband concurred.  The order was submitted for $400 out of our checking account.  It was very difficult working with Melaleuca -- they had the money and could not help us.  We contacted our bank to intervene successfully.

The next month, we received another automatic shipment and contacted Melaleuca immediately.  They insisted that we call another phone number to speak with a "Rentention" specialist.  The retention specialist could not help us return the product.  They sent us a form which we needed to complete and return to them.  The return shipment was at our own cost. 

The next month, they sent another automatic shipment and we, again, needed to stop payment and pay for return shipping.  My suggestion is to not do business with the Melaleuca folks, they are driven by sales while professing they are concerned with the individual's health.
