Melt It Off By Mitch Gaylord Customer Service was horrible. Not willing to help anyone out. Very deceiving in the advertisement and internet site. Received confirmation from customer service that my order would not be processed without talking to me first. BIG LIE!!! Van Nuys California

This company is a rip-off. I have ordered many things through infomercials and I have NEVER had as many problems as I did with this company. I placed a order for what looked like the DVDs and 2 extra balls. Once completing the order it was confirmed that I would only receive the 2 extra balls and no DVDs (those needed to be placed on another order). I immediately called the customer service line so I could add the DVDs without having to process another order. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Apparently when you place an order online the company does not see it for 24-48 hours. So I waited one day and called again. Same response "Your order is not in the system so there is nothing I can do." I waited until the afternoon and called again. I let them know that I was very unhappy with the way they have been handling my situation and the customer service guy "Adam" guarenteed that I would receive a call from management before my order was to be shipped. ANOTHER LIE!!!

I checked my email the next day and I had a message from "management" saying that my order had already been shipped and there was nothing they could do about it. I called again and the guy on the phone said the same thing. I asked to speak with his manager and he said that he wouldn't be in until later in the morning and I could call back then. What's the point? This company is lies and cheats its customers out of money.

I am happy that I never ordered the DVDs because I would then be obligated to buy supplements that are worthless and no one wants anyways.

I would recommend that NO ONE buy anything over the phone or online from this company. You will end up getting screwed in some way or form. If you want to try it out find a "As Seen On TV" store about buy it there, atleast there are no strings attached when you buy it in a store!!

Horrible Customer Service = Horrible Company
