I called on a late night television ad about an exercise routine. If i called immediately i would receive many extra bonus's and a lower price. I called and it was automated and the first thing it asked for was my charge number, then my name and address. It is my voice being recorded so you know they have had issues before. Upon further listening of the recording the extras all had outrageous shipping charges attached, these are only instructions and a dvd , not something that should cost an extreme amount. I was waiting for almost 25 minutes of recordings and sales pitches on that phone so I could even find out what the shipping charge was going to be on the hand help rubber ball and I really had misgivinbgs and after all that time just wanted to cancel my order. No opportunity came up. They just hung up after25 minutes of sales pitches. I immediately called bvack and tried to get a person but could not. Then I immediately got on the computer and sent them a scathing e-mail telling them what I already thought of their company and wanted nothing to do with any of their products and to absolutely cancel my order and not to dare send me anything. They did and I was charged an outrageous amount and have no recourse since it was debit. My bank will not do anything since they sent it to me even though it was cancelled immediately upon ordering.
