We had a successful relationship with a local martial arts studio and paid our fees via member solutions. However, when we decided to leave and notified the studio, we kept getting billed by member solutions. They are a billing service on behalf of another business. They refused to accept the notification to the studio, despite the fact that they are the legal "agent" of the studio. We will never join a studio that uses this organization for their billing--what a nightmare. Why would any studio use them, given the number of complaints?
