The Members Edge Put a charge on my QWEST phone bill for $14.95, did not order Internet

I was looking on my QWEST phone bill for January 2005, and on 1-24-05, there was a charge on my phone bill, on the last page (6), for $14.95. It showed that charge was made by Integretel Inc, for The Member's Edge. I found that per integretel.com, they are doing billing services for telecommunications service providers.

I called integretel at 1-800-736-7500. They said that I had ordered the Members Edge services, and I asked them how. Integretel claimed that I did order the service, but not via the web, and could not say how the service had been ordered. Of course, I never ordered the Members Edge, and had not ever heard of it until seeing the charge on my bill.

This Member's Edge appears to be associated with Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., Florida East Coast Chapter. I am not associated with this organization, and I am not even in the building trade.

There is no doubt that local Florida or Federal law enforcement agencies should be investigating this organization/company, if they aren't already! It is obvious I wasn't the only person that found this fraudulent charge on my phone bill.
