I first notice $16.95 coming out of my account in July 2008. I called the 800 number givien on my statement and they assured me they cancelled it. I really never thought anything else about it till today when I checked my account there it was $16.95 taken out from "Vaule Plus". I called them again and they keep telling me it's cancelled.

The supervisor I spoke with went through her spill, and would not reimburse me the $20 for the over draft the $16.95 has caused. When asked to speak with her super she advised me she was it, and she was NOT at liberty or authorized to give me anyone elses name or number.

I work HARD for the money I make, just like everyone else. I want the people who RIP-OFF other people taken care of.
